Kabel Mishka Ligot (b. 1994) is a student and writer from the Philippines.

Mishka has recent writing forthcoming in The Iowa Review and Shenandoah. You can find more of his work in LIKHAAN, POETRY Magazine, Bear Review, Cordite Poetry Review, and elsewhere.

He has received fellowships and support from Tin House Summer Workshop, Indiana University Writers’ Conference, the Dalton school, and was the 2024 Luminarts Cultural Foundation Creative Writing Fellow for Poetry.

Mishka is currently based in Shikaakwa. For a half-decade, he lived in Teejop, where he taught language and studied information and poetry.

He grew up in Pasig, but claims Quezon City.
